This previous Monday I did a fast lower river float, (Hendricks to Hayden) with Liz Perkin of Native Fish Society and Dave Thomas (NFS McKenzie River Fish Steward) of Eugene. Our conversations were vast array however mainly concentrated on wild fish in the Willamette Basin. I was advised of how outstanding the Lower McKenzie Wild Trout Population Study remained in every method. If you have not taken a look at the research study please take a look. The information is wonderful and as a lot of you understand the lower river has a few of the very best fishing on the whole McKenzie.
