Josh Miller live from the crick, simply having a good time capturing some fish!
The water remained in the mid 30’s and the air temperature remained in the low 40’s. Throughout these conditions my pace moving through the stream begins rapidly till I discover the fish, then I plant my feet and work that water type by changing flies and altering drifts. Then after discovering the water type the fish remain in, its typically simple to stroll the river and discover the exact same looking kind of water – Function, depth, and speed. Leaping to those areas and covering more fish. The much better looking “quick” water yielded me actually zero fish this day. Simply caring life!
Enjoy your day, and hope you are fly fishing on the water quickly!
