Popular fly fishing arts occasion strikes the roadway for California & & Oregon
Olympia, WA, March 1, 2024– Writers on the Fly (WOTF), the popular fly fishing reading series and pop-up art program, strikes the roadway once again this April with their 2024 West Coast Trip. The Spring trip brings WOTF’s distinct mix of fly fishing literature and art to Northern California and southern Oregon, kicking things off in San Francisco and ending up in Eugene, OR, 4 days later on.
Provided by Sage Fly Fishing, and with extra assistance from The Flyfish Journal and RIO Products, the 2024 West Coast Trip schedule is as follows:
- Wednesday, 4/24: San Francisco, CA w/ Lost Coast Outfitters
- Thursday, 4/25: Sacramento, CA w/ Fly Fishing Specializeds
- Friday, 4/26: Ashland, OR w/ Ashland Fly Store
- Saturday, 4/27: Eugene, OR w/ Caddis Fly Store
WOTF started in 2015, developing itself as one of the most distinct, interesting and genuine in-person occasion series in the fly fishing neighborhood. Given that its creation, the programs have actually cycled around the Pacific Northwest with the popular Cascadia Trip– however this Spring the program broadens down the West Coast.
4 skilled and motivating authors and anglers are slotted to share a few of their preferred work at each occasion, together with a highlighted artist and a regional non-profit that will take advantage of raffle profits and contributions.
