When I was at Orvis, for numerous years I ran a vacation project called “Minute of Chill,” which was a series of brief videos developed to assist customers stop briefly and de-stress from the frenzied rate of the holiday and link to the natural world. This video from Poland’s Wkra River would have been an ideal fit, as the description of the video explains:
Mist over the Wkra River. No rush. No words. Simply the rhythm of the river and the quiet of fly fishing. This movie is an invite to stop briefly– to breathe with the water, to feel the calm that just nature can use at dawn. A minute far from sound. A minute where silence streams.
