Join us for a day of willow harvest at Green Island, simply beyond Coburg, Oregon, to support replanting efforts in the freshly brought back Quartz Creek! Quartz Creek, situated near Blue River, Oregon, is an essential tributary of the McKenzie River, benefiting native types like salmon, trout, lamprey, beavers, and more.
We will operate in the early morning and welcome individuals to remain to fish in the afternoon along the Willamette River or the island’s brought back gravel pond to assist get rid of non-native types such as largemouth bass and bluegill.
